For All Abilities https://forallabilities.com/ is a company focused on disability/neurodiversity issues and the effective use of accommodations. Our SNaP Assessment focuses on maximizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses rather than diagnoses.
Our corporate clients have found that by proactively supporting their employees, with or without a diagnosis, their employees are more productive and efficient. This helps them retain their valuable employees.
Through our work with Austin College in Sherman, Texas, we realized the value this would bring to colleges and universities through faculty training and the student accommodation process. Our product could helps increase student retention as well as level the playing field for more inclusive learning.
Our SNaPU assessment allows you to pro-actively reach more students by offering actionable steps they can implement on their own. There is no need for disclosure of a disability or neurodiversity. Our tool also augments and updates your existing accommodations process for students who choose to disclose a diagnosed condition.
Since accommodations must be implemented at every level to be effective, we also use the SNaP Assessment tool in faculty trainings. By understanding their own strengths and needs, staff are better able to see the value of efficient accommodations.
