SNaP (Strengths, Needs and Preferences) Assessment

The SNaP Assessment allows your employees to easily address their needs or challenges so they can work productively and feel valued. Our unique software provides customized recommendations for employees of all abilities including those with disabilities, Long COVID, neurodiversity, unique life circumstances or varied learning styles.  


Each employee receives a confidential, individualized report containing actionable steps they can take to work more productively and efficiently.


The employer receives aggregated, deidentified data which offers them a proactive way to support their employees while promoting inclusion and compliance with federal ADA regulations.
